We, as a family, have been using Taylor & Toal for a few years now. Gary is very thorough and the girls are great at helping choose frames. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. In fact, my daughter had a migraine recently and couldn’t see. Gary very quickly fitted her in to check everything was ok. Furthermore, he called me on the Saturday morning to check on her progress. That type of service and care is exceptional, I’d say you’d struggle to find that from a chain!

I had a relapse in health and couldn’t take time of work, I was given an emergency appointment and Gary spent time with me to make sure we could find a solution to the problem, 2 days later I had that solution.... very professional and efficient whilst being friendly and welcoming.

Excellent Opician and very friendly service. I think we all need to be more aware that Opticians are not only for routine eye tests but offer a vital service for any eye issues. They should be your first port of call with eye infections/problems as they actually look into your eyes and diagnose what is going on!! I struggled for a week before seeing Mr Toal, he straight away diagnosed Iritis and sent me to Royal Eye Clinic for treatment. Can’t thank him enough.

I would only ever go to Taylor and toal as there very professional and if u have any questions regarding glasses and what suits there very helpful as well as being very professional there very friendly and welcoming myself and my family would highly recommended Gary and his staff wouldn’t go anywhere else
